Hi guys, I have a question about work. I might see things differently and maybe I'm the problem.
I am working at a new place for 5 months now and what they told me I will be doing in the interview is very different from what I actually do. Since I joined, their staff is very old and uses outdated software from the stone age. I have a Phd and for some reason new boss thinks we are superhumans. From the first month he wanted me to learn the tasks of 5 different people. Mind you they work there for almost 30 years. Before I even start to get my head around something he gives me some new shit to do. The first 2 months were a nightmare. Almost every week some new shit to learn. Am I the issue? Is this normal? The pay is decent but the stress is too much for me.
