I hope this isn’t the wrong place to ask this! I’m an independent contractor who is owed a great deal by my employer. I just found out I can still file a complaint as a contractor. But does anyone know if the company literally has no money, how will that go down? They are still operating… just broke. How would I get the money I am owed? Also— does anyone know if reporting is anonymous? I want to avoid that terrible conversation if they decide to confront me. TIA.
