Quick question about Amazon shipping, tried Google

Hi r/antiwork! I have a question about Amazon shipping, perhaps an Amazon worker can respond. I try to avoid Amazon as much as I can but sometimes I can’t. My question is, if I do need to use Amazon, does it help workers to select slower shipping speeds? My initial gut feeling is yes, but then my other thought is just that probably what happens is that the worker doesn’t have to fill the order until a later day but it functions essentially the same as one day shipping etc. so, I’m curious on how when ordering from Amazon I or others can at least reduce harm to workers
