Quid pro quo harassment

I started my first job out of college about a year ago. I was getting a lot of attention from my married bosses boss who would slyly flirt with me and I couldn’t tell if our constant meetings were actually necessary or not, so I suggested we have all of our conversations over the computer and then didn’t see him for months and stopped getting projects, so I thought maybe I had messed up and misunderstood his jokes or something or was making a big deal about nothing. I never once spoke to this man about anything other than work, flirted with him or gave him any hints that I would be interested in a relationship. I was getting different and more difficult work than the other people in my role, so I requested a salary adjustment with my direct boss during my 6 month review. She is also a mentally unstable character- more on that later. She pretended to be shocked and said she would “look into it”. Her boss called me directly and talked to me about what I wanted and agreed on a salary increase and title change, and that I would report to him now. I thought since nothing inappropriate had happened in months that it would be ok. A few days after my job title changed I got messages from a burner account on my private instagram (which had no photos of me, not connected to my phone number, and only had my first name) saying nasty things about my body and what this person wanted to do to it and how they were attracted to me and thought I was hot. They started giving me hints and I quickly realized it was my boss. Since I had just gotten my title change, it didn’t make sense to quit right away. My previous boss had constantly referred to the company as a “boys club” and when I asked her for career advice and if I should pursue any certifications, she told me I should “go walk by [her bosses name] office a couple of times and get his attention and talk to him about your life”. From this experience, I figured the org was corrupt and that going to HR or talking to anyone higher up would not fix anything. I am now looking to transfer internally to a different dept and am getting nervous that these men are talking about me, since most people in power here are other men. He could easily make up rumors or lies since he knows I am trying to transfer. I still have a screen recording of the messages but I don’t know how easily they would be tracked back to him.
