Sick of working in a 9 – 5 in an office. If I can have minimal interaction with a manager and colleagues and get something that’s 100% remote I’ll take it. Why should I still have to commute to work every day when covid has proven you don’t need to and that staff are more happier at home?
Why should I go “above and beyond” and work free overtime for a job that won’t pay me for it?
The other employees and managers frown upon me for not starting half an hour early, I’m not going to open my laptop till I get paid to. I don’t work for free.
You add up half an hour every weekday. That’s 10 hours a month of unpaid wages I’d be giving them for free.
I’m going to go completely remote, move out to the country and enjoy spending more time at home in my gaming room with my cats.
