Has anyone previously worked a low paying job without growth potential and quit with no savings or new job lined up? I’m in my late 30s, college graduate working a full-time job getting $14.75/hour with 25 cent annual raises. Boss won’t increase pay more than this. I work really hard and facing burnout. Patients compliment my hard work and attention to their needs to me and the boss! But I feel exploited in this economy.
