Just wanted to share my experience for anyone that could find it useful. Long story short, corporate wants everyone in the office 5 days a week. Most of my office wanted work from home or some kind of hybrid model. Leadership at the office i worked at tried to work with people on this but it's been a struggle for a lot of people. I had enough of the company stance on this so I've found a other job that will offer a hybrid schedule. This is great for me as I only need to be in the office 2 days a week. I've worked over the last year, advocating on the behalf of others hoping something would change. It's disheartening that nothing changed but I'm hoping more people will speak up and advocate for others. My point is that more people need to speak up in the workplace. Even if you don't agree with everyone, if you're in a position to help and advocate for others, do it.
