Quit my job on the first day

I was hired at a fairly large chain of hardware stores as a delivery driver. I was told in my interview that I would show up and my truck would be loaded for the day, I would deliver around town, return at 3-4, help out around the warehouse till 5 and go home. Find out on the first day that I’m picking and loading my own truck, working in the warehouse till 1pm, delivering till 3, working in the warehouse again till 5. Yeah no this is not the delivery job that was sold to me and I’m not throwing around patio stones, bags of concrete, and wood around for 6 hours a day at the pay we discussed. Quit on the spot. If you need someone to do a difficult, manual labour position, be upfront and offer adequate compensation. Do not lie about job duties and negotiate a salary…

If you need someone to do a difficult, manual labour position, be upfront and offer adequate compensation. Do not lie about job duties and negotiate a salary based on an entirely different job. Why does this even need to be said?
