I’m a licensed professional & I left my last high paying job because of a toxic work environment. Started new job two weeks ago and realized they lied about the pay rate in the first week but let it slide, then there were issues with their system preventing me from doing my work -even though I was there to do work, they refuse to count that time as work & won’t pay me for it. I found out today after asking about my first check that they only pay people once a month. Its trash out here all around🥲. I put in my two weeks & now they want a months notice instead.. they’re lucky I didn’t quit on the spot🤔 Don’t ever ignore the red flags for the sake of giving them a chance.
