I don't think “quite quitting” is a thing. I think it is a term created by businesses to explain them seeing people only willing to work for what they paid for. For too long, businesses have felt they are in the position of bullying staff into long and unpaid hours. Suddenly, they face the reality that people are willing to work for what the compensation pays. Not more. Funny, when the math works in favor of labor, it is an issue. When math works in favor of business, it is called profit. #wakeupbusiness
