Quitting after employer was unclear about pay

I recently had a second job at a pizzeria as a delivery driver. I had done this kind of work in the past, made decent money and had a good time. This pizzeria is a different story. The job posting said I'd be making “$15-18 hourly.” Imagine my horror when my first paycheck was only about $50 for 19 hours of work. I learned that I was getting paid $6 an hour before taxes. Of course my employer wasn't able to answer my questions and didn't seem to understand what the issue was. “Everyone knows minimum wage is different for tipped workers, because the tips make up the difference,” they said.
