Quitting my job as a new grad RN has made me realize just how indoctrinated I really am. Help!

I quit effective immediately, and the sheer amount of GUILT I feel is wild. It’s not like I’m leaving them short staffed – I’m so new I don’t even count in their staffing ratios. (Their ratios, by the way, are fucked, and staffed primarily by travelers). I got a weird, passive email about “burning bridges,” and my gut instinct is to feel like I’ve fundamentally done something wrong and disappointed someone. How do I change my perspective? Thanks to the couple people that will read this. Appreciate y’all. On a side note, if anyone knows of places in NM that aren’t terrible and unsafe to work for, lmk.
