Quitting my job, would like to know how to get the best reaction from employer to better life for current and future employees.

I'm working a payroll job at one of the biggest payroll companies out there (sounds kind of like a security company). The CEO has increasingly started treating associates like numbers on a spreadsheet and I have decided to go back to school to get my masters. For example, our only “raise” this year was presented as a merit increase, as opposed to a COL adjustment. We also have to go into the office despite our job being able to be done fully remote. You know, typical office grievances. I would like to make it seem as if I received a higher offer from a fully remote company. Or perhaps quit after we receive an insultingly low wage increase. I hate my employer. All ideas are welcome.
