I just want someone to know I’m taking the leap! I absolutely hit my breaking point today. I’ve been at this company for 2.5 years. Literally started just before Covid… first day was 3/8/2020. Things moved to remove within to weeks and this company is old fashion garbage. Despite being a billion dollar company, everything is done on the cheap.
They’ve been absolutely hemorrhaging young professionals for the past year. The ones running the fucking show everyday. Not filling the roles, just pushing the work on already overwhelmed people.
I can’t wait to say those words! I don’t have a plan or a job lined up, but my mental health & dignity are worth far more to me.
