Holy shit! Why aren't teachers protesting in the streets about this ungodly unfair salary comparison?? I just checked my local school district job openings and an assistant superintendent in administration is making $142,000 whereas the teachers doing all the leg work, teaching the kids, and dealing with parents firsthand is making a measly $35,000.
How is even okay??? What does administration do that's so much more important than what our teachers are doing??
It's no wonder teachers are quitting…all those years of schooling and degrees and they get “rewarded” with a 35k salary. Fucking ridiculous!
