Fuck the taboo, I asked, and I laid out my whole case of everything I do and the ways I save money. Boss agreed and I was raised from $3.60 to $7 per hour.
A week passes and she just comes to me and says she’ll no longer be honoring it because I’m not full time and the real kicker “if I pay you then I have to pay the others”
I wanna walk out rn, but my health insurance is tied to this job. Fuck capitalism
