Ever see those workplaces that are good pay, but only that way because they treat their employees badly? Well I’m (28F) in that environment and it’s the worst. Some of my co-workers hate me and isolate themselves from me and it’s obvious that the supervisor will turn us against each other to make them feel better and act like they’re not at fault. They want to belittle the millennials and zoomers when we could literally be working in a minimum wage job that has no required skills. I’m glad I have good pay but my bosses and the owner still gets so much payment and my supervisor (I told about her in a previous sub) is intimidating and berating. Everyone works for the pay first, job second but the job itself is exhausting and some people don’t get it. And yes, my supervisor appears to be a boomer.
