I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I need to get it off my chest.
I'm actually fucking sick of applying for jobs at this point, I recently applied for a position (it isn't even a graduate position) which pays roughly £24,000 and the process was completely tedious, it had a huge online questionaire section that each response needed to be roughly 200 words, I then got “shortlisted” and invited to an interview.
After accepting the interview I then got given an “example task” of around 800 words which needs to be completed before the interview and then the interview itself is going to take place in front of a “panel of interviewers” in which I'm expected to write some sort of Powerpoint and “sell myself” to them.
TLDR; Don't fucking complain about people “not wanting to work” when you have to spend hours applying and completing tasks just to get a job that isn't even much higher than minimum wage.
