I am a breakfast host for a hotel. My manager called me in for a meeting to basically tell me she sees I don’t mind the kitchen, but she also sees i don’t LOVE doing the kitchen. And that I don’t interact with guest enough. Which is funny because I always tell the guests good morning and they always brag about how great the breakfast is. And now she’s saying customers complain that I look overwhelmed/ too serious and I need to improve or she’ll have no choice but to fire me. So I’m dumbfounded now; I’m just like what more am i supposed to do. I do everything they ask and try to come off as friendly but I guess it’s not enough… fuck this place
