Just putting this here to rant !
My once understanding boss has become totally toxic towards me. It all started when I mentioned that my scheduled bonus was 2 months late; I sent four emails before approaching her in person about this; no response so I asked in person. Ever since I approached her in person she has called me out in meetings and blamed me for issues that are out of my hand.
3 months ago I submitted a PTO request for next month. No response here either. Then I had to submit FMLA paperwork and a reasonable accommodation request for my disability ( I have seizures so sometimes it is advised I should not drive … I requested to WFH on those days and my job can be done remote) and have not received a response either !!! I feel like I’m being discriminated against but I have no proof …
I know I should go to their boss or HR but I fear retaliation so much since she’s done it already. I can’t believe we allow our boss’s & companies to treat us like this !!!!
