Ranting about workplace

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm tired but I just want to rant. So, I got this job about 5/6 weeks ago, it's a small dessert shop where we sell fancy ice cream, milkshakes, waffles/pancakes, cakes, as well as other desserts. I originally accepted it because my employer used to visit the shop I previously worked at, (I would've stayed, but my contract was up and they didn't have any full time vacancies for my experience level) and personally gave me her details to work at her shop, I thought that was chill, and we organised a trial shift. But then, when it came to it, I stood outside like a lemon for 45 minutes, she didn't answer her phone or emails, so I just left. Managed to reschedule it, this time someone was there to let me in, and I was offered the job 5 mins after starting…

Managed to reschedule it, this time someone was there to let me in, and I was offered the job 5 mins after starting my trial shift, and ended up staying 2 hours longer than I was supposed to, but oh well, I didn't think much off it.
They told me I would be working 6 hours a day, for 4 days a week, which is fine, fitted my schedule at the time, and open to work more hours, however, as I started working there, I found myself alone on shift most of the time, which I struggle to do, as sometimes I can get overwhelmed, and I like to do things a set way, (this might potentially be an autistic trait, as I have to do things my way or I get really stressed and angry) but whenever the owners husband is in (he basically runs the place and helps out) I get told one thing is a priority over the other, so I have to focus on that, but the next time, it's the other way around and I don't like how they do this, either ask me to restock or clean first, not both.

They have also lowered my shifts, such as last week, they put me on rota for two days a week, then cancelled one of my shifts as they cannot afford me to work that day, but asked if I could work the day after, I was busy so I had to say no, and this week, I only have one shift scheduled so they can 'train' me, as I've been making the coffee wrong apparently, this was because a group of Karen's came in and did not like the taste of her oat milk mocha, and also the cakes but they ate all the cakes.

I really want to quit this job and find another, but I can't just yet because I don't know what hours I'm going to do when I go back to education.

And on a more positive note; they let me drink the canned drinks for free, and have a discounts on the food (I kind of 'stole' an out of date cake slice and ate it ahah)
The people are nice too, I've made some friends there, and on my first shift, dude took care of me when I was about to faint
