I took this job for less than I was making before. I was really interested in the company and it seemed way more fun, plus I got to work from home yay.
I will be working here for 6 months on Sept. 1.
After doing a bit of research, I am not just getting paid less I am getting paid less by 75%.
This to me seems A. Shitty that they didn't offer me more in the first place and B. Since we are growing and they are planning on hiring more people, that means we are doing well enough to pay me what I should be making.
I passed the 90 days, I am doing well and so is the company? How do I go about asking to re-negotiate my salary?
Or should I just say fuck it, work here until I find something else?
