Long story short I exaggerated how long I was at a company on my resume. I don’t like being dishonest but I was only there for a few months due to mental health issues and it doesn’t looks great on my not so impressive resume being 21. I’m know realizing I should have just been honest but I was afraid I wouldn’t get this job being honest about how long I was there and why I was there for such a short amount of time.
So on the offshoot they actually would call my references I’m looking for someone who can just confirm what they ask.
