Received 25% less raise than my male counterparts

Late this Friday afternoon during a conversation with two of my co-workers who hold the same title as me, I found out (as did they) that I received only a $0.75 raise back in June when they received $1.00 raise. I am the only female supervisor at this level in my division in a heavily male dominated field and industry. Also, I hold the most certifications of supervisors in my division at my level. My project is ahead of schedule for the first time that I've ever heard and my team is doing a killer job. So, it's not as if it's a performance thing. My only thought is that I had to take off 4 consecutive months of short term disability where I was bed-ridden for months. This spanned the end of 2020 and into early 2021. My only thought is that I had to take off 4 consecutive months of short term disability where I was bed-ridden for months. This spanned the end of 2020 and into early 2021. Honestly, the stress from the job likely exasperated how ill I became and still struggle through but that's a whole other thing. However, the months of overtime I worked in 2020 and 2021 before and after returning to work I'm pretty certain all but cover that time lost. I don't even know if that would matter. I got the supervisor role in June 2021, the team we manage got unionized on October 2021 and the supervisors who are non-union received a matching pay increase at that time as well.

Apologies if this is a glob of information and not sorted well. I'm still livid. I am planning to sit my supervisor down Monday morning and have him explain what the fuck is going on but I would love and really appreciate any insight, advice, or anything. I've provided all the info above that I think could be relevant. Thank you!!!
