Super pissed off so felt like to vent here. Interviewed a month ago then was told I am the best candidate the team was looking for. But for some reason they can’t make me an official offer till August due to “ vacation and other priorities”. Told they will be in touch this week. It was a role I really wanted so I waited for them but kept interviewing. Received offers this week that I will have to make a decision.
I reached out to them again as they were still my top choice despite just dragging through the process… Of cuz they haven’t been in touch this week and told them I have offers and would appreciate if they can get back to me. Of cuz, no response..
I understand things might changed on their end … a lot of companies recently hitting on breaks on hiring… but no decency of sending an email to just let me know things have changed???????
