Recruiter sent me job posting of my current role

I’ve been in my current role for 4 years and have received $1 raise throughout the duration of my employment. I literately cannot afford to work there. I asked for double my salary, which they of course can’t do. However, my boss is “allegedly” negotiating a 25K raise for me, but it’s been dragging on. The title has changed to VIP admin assistant, but bull shit titles are a whole other conversation. They are offering a salary range of 5K-15K above my current pay but still well under what the job is worth. It’s been known that there is little to no mobility in my role unless my boss retires. The listing reads “will eventually advance you to _______ Director” THAT is absolutely false.

It’s the weirdest feeling. It lit a fire under me to work on my resume and apply for other positions. BUT I do want to reply to the recruiter…it’s wild to me that they could have this much oversight.
