Look, I have no intentions of changing jobs in the next few years or so. Lots of personal reasons for that, but it's true.
However, I get at least 3-5 of these emails a week. In each and every case, I respond mocking their “100% on-site” bullshit. Also, I've started initiating my responses with “What's the salary?” stuff because I'm hoping I can start to condition these idiots that this shit isn't the norm anymore.
