Recruiters who reach out with an opportunity and then ghost you

I’m actively looking for a new role, so I appreciate whenever I get an email from a prospective employer or recruiter telling me about an available position. What I don’t appreciate is a recruiter who emails me with urgency and requests that I “respond right away” so that they know whether I’m interested, only to be ghosted by them when I respond within a few minutes telling them my salary expectations and asking for more details. I even emailed him the next day as well – no response. I’m tempted to forward my response to him every single day for a month out of spite. If you’re a hiring manager or recruiter and this is your idea of developing professional relationships with people, then you need to self-reflect. I don’t understand what’s hard about giving what you receive, especially when it was a response that you requested and I gave!…

This happens way too damn often. I wish I could disregard their time as often as they do mine.
