Recruiting practices

Over the course of the last 6 months I have gotten contacted by more recruiters than any other time in my career. I work in IT management and have worked for some shitty companies. It seems like the shitty companies are the only ones looking to fill roles and you can tell that if the are looking for some type of 50/50 arraignment. That shows that they want you to do the work of two full time roles. These roles are always undervalued on pay. When I see this I bluntly ask the recruiters if they are aware of the fact that the company is trying to fill two positions with one person and if anyone has showed any real interest in these role. Not many actually answer, a few give some kind of bs answer and the rest admit that the role is BS. Besides the droves of people…

Besides the droves of people saying no to these roles, what else can be done to change these practices for everyone?
