I recently started a new job where sure they treat me well and the pay is alright, but some red flags have started to show up. At least to me. Every single person at the top is bringing their kids in to high up positions or everybody is somehow related or married. The amount of nepotism is just insane. I also got the “we are like a family” thing. That right there was a red flag for me on top of the nepotism. I am thinking it is time for me to go. Anybody agree or am I just being crazy?
