Red flags from job offer and reference checks

So, I had a five hour long interview for a job… instead of a group interview, it was one person after another asking the same bloody questions. On top of that, they asked repeatedly how I would handle managers yelling and cursing in the office. That made me raise an eyebrow, but I’ve worked with jerks before, I brushed it under the rug. However, when they checked my references, they asked how they thought I would handle managers yelling and cursing in the office. Apparently, they kept coming back to the question and rehashing it.., with my references! Red flags #3, 4, and 5. Final massive red flag: job offer that was for a different job than I interviewed for, at a way lower pay rate. Unethical much? I pointed out the “errors” on the offer, and they did send back a corrected version… with no apology or explanation. I…
