Just got given a redundancy letter and their explanation is they’re losing business and can’t afford to keep me on, my official last day is 2 days after the day which marks a year of being employed there. They say it’s to do with business so why have they kept on 3 new guys in India who do the same work as me. Have I been sacked because they can be paid less than me?
