After a week of tryouts at a aerospace company I received a call from the recruiter stating they did not want to bring me on full time. I feel really small and discouraged. I had already imagined myself as part of the team as I had got along great with coworkers and management. Even had a discussion with management about how much they valued my skills and willingness to learn. So confusing and discouraging. But I will keep on keeping on till the right one comes along.
