I was visibly horrified and said I couldn’t accept such a low offer with my education, licensure and experience so they brought up me instead being a supervisor with a more appropriate pay. I accepted the role, was ghosted for over a week and then sent an email saying they’ve decided to promote within their current team instead and “good luck with your job search” 🤔
