This has gotten ridiculous at the loopholes in terminology that employers are using to describe remote work. Has anyone else seen this yet?
Recently I applied for a position in data management that was advertised as remote work. Even the job description stated “you will not be in office”. Today I hear back and I find out that the company is defining remote work as you will be working in a building that is not the main office and that the job is 100% onsite at a warehouse the next town over.
I told them to get fucked for being dishonest.
