Remote work ended and being in the office makes me feel literally sick

Remote work helped me to isolate from most of the day to day grind of corporate fluff and the oppressive elements come with it. I was able to focus on the real work and cut down on the behavioral expectations most of which comes very consuming for me. I also look conspicuously unhappy. People can tell and they don't like it. They expect you to maintain composed facade regardless of how you feel. In my previous places of work I have been nudged a few times by the management with the “What's wrong?” question which I tried to brush off as I suspect pointing my real issues won't work to my benefit. I am not sure if I can hold on much longer. Sorry for the rant my friends..
