Once people were forced to work at home because of COVID, businesses that had remote workers, had to decide how much work was expected to be done per day.
Then people started to crush the amount of work they were given in far less time than the company thought. Now unable to increase the workload without compensation.
They are pouring money into propaganda trying to scare people back into the office
