Requested a raise today because someone with half the amount of experience I have is on .50 cents more an hour. I was given then “we’ll talk about it tomorrow” from HR. Now I’m gonna be part of company history..in the first time since it’s creation my company is doing ‘employee reviews’. Should I be worried?
