So I find a job on indeed, apply using indeed, and then get an automated email from the job to complete a profile and application on their website? Like I just sent my resume on indeed. Is this really necessary. I'm thinking of just ignoring the email; if that means I can't work there, so be it. Tired of having my time wasted and having to apply twice or do excessive screenings.
