I currently work a permanent part time role that kinda sucks and been with the company a little over a year, but I just received a job offer today for a full time position in a much better company. My current contract states that I need to give the them 4 weeks notice. I had a look at my Award from Fairwork Ombudsman and it states that notice period is 2 weeks for employees who have worked 1-3 years. Do I have to give 4 weeks notice?
