Restaurant/Fast Food workers & Barista’s are over-qualified for fast paced & high-volume jobs requiring constant precision & Q.C., but we are considered unskilled untouchables.

What the title says. I’ve been trying to branch out into other job fields like factory work/sales for more pay and being met with walls of doubt or silence due to most of my resume being food service.
