Restaurant industry

You don’t Don’t have to work in the restaurant industry to feel like this ofcourse but did anyone else feel like they were worth nothing. It’s like at anytime you can be let go for basically nothing. For the first two weeks all they other staff hated me most still did. ( you would think I hurt them outside of work) also When they are shorted staffed they want you to come in if you say you can’t you know they will act funny scheduling you. Then other days you go in to work and get sent home a hour later. One week your on the schedule next your not whoever is the flavor of the week..it’s so much anxiety so much stress and pressure so much depressed it consumed me.. feeling not good enough and so much more. Extremely rude chefs entitled customers who look at me like I’m…

I could breathe and so much anxiety and depression was gone. It was to the point when my alarm would sound and a instant jolt of anxiety would hit me soon as I thought about going to work. Anyone else similar experience doesn’t have to be service industry like what the hell
