Retaliation: Options and Is It Worth It?

Before my current job, I worked for a small company with extreme mismanagement. Extreme time-tracking, distrust of the employees, negative reinforcement…pretty typical stuff, unfortunately. But the worst of it was working for an openly racist and homophobic boss. Unfortunately, I never recorded anything, but one owner is particular repeatedly used the n-word in-office, made jokes about only hiring white people, made jokes about the KKK with clients present, and used other openly homophobic and transphobic language with employees regularly. Once, when the company received a Google review detailing the owner using a racial slur at a local bar, they threatened to sue the poster and had the review removed. I'm not looking for “payback” or anything as much as I wish I could warn others of this person's harmful politics and ideologies before entering a contract with them. It would be important that this isn't traced back to me. Is there a way to do this? Is it worth pursuing, or should I be satisfied with getting out and moving on with my life?
