Since Sept 1, our government amend the law to allow the the ability for every employee to apply for Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) with their respective employers.
So after I know about it, the first thing I normally did is ask around on what are other people thoughts.
It turns either no one know about it, or they are totally scared to actually speak up towards their boss.
Well I don't really know what I should do in this case also.
So one thing about our country is people always need to climb the old traditional way for corporate ladder and waste alot of their years on something useless. There are no union or anything that speaks up for the employee themselves..
