Ive worked at a big name automobile dealership in Rhode Island for about a year now, full time hourly pay. Business has always employed over 18 people during my employment. Never once during hiring, nor up till now has anyone mentioned having paid sick time off. Is this something im entitled to, and if so, should I be at the maximum of 40hrs accrued?
