I’ve worked somewhere for 9 weeks, they didn’t manage to get a paycheck to me until 7 weeks when they got me less than half of the pay I was owed and got the pay rate wrong. It’s now 9 weeks and I don’t have all of my wages. I understood at first because the store was super busy but it wasn’t been for 7 weeks now and the manager has time to go spend whole days golfing but doesn’t have the time to get me my pay? He’s a nice guy but I’m simply not a priority to him. He also gets the schedule out extremely late, one time there was less than 8 hours of notice before the next shift started. He doesn’t care about the employees lives at all. Do I need to get a new job?
