Sabotage by gatekeepers who think that they’re the good guys?

I may be on the spectrum, and have a few petty idiosyncrasies that ppl love to overreact to. Some get the impression that I’m slow or something, and then try to sabotage me at work. Either through action or inaction. Their actions actually cause me to fail when I wouldn’t otherwise. They’re wrecking things for innocent ppl. In their minds,however, the system is too soft and they consider themselves virtuous vanguards protecting things. Maybe they’re scared idiots skip through the cracks or something. Point is, they don’t see themselves as saboteurs. They’re the good guys. And it seems so cemented some places, that it’s unspoken. A glance, a smile, everyone knows what to do. Sometimes I get the chance for my work to speak for itself, however often someone already convinced I’m incompetent by my demeanor is just too hands on with me for me to break out. What to…

What to do? How to hold them accountable. No one should be above accountability.
