Little Rant
So I just started as a software engineer and I am in my last week of training ( 3 weeks of training) and for the next 2 days in the morning we have 4 hour meetings about SAFe. I am sitting though this wondering how is this relevant to me? Why do I have to sit though this? 90% of this is self explanatory and this could have been cut down to 4 hours instead of the 16 it is taking. There could have been other meeting that could have been in the place to help me do my job better than this meeting!
Examples include : Unit testing , More React and Angular work, more work with NodeJS and Express along with Typescript.
I feel like this is more useful to those who don’t code that work in tech. I don’t think the coders really need this.
