So my company has me on a salaried position and they typically make us work 5 10 hour shifts a week, there has been a shift in management since our old manager quit and the new manager just didnt put me on the schedule for a day I normally work. Just for information I dont get my schedule until 6pm the night before so its not like I had a weeks notice. They dont want to pay me for that day but I was always under the impression that because im salaried they still have to pay me because it wasnt a personal day. If anyone can correct me on that or point me to a letter of interpretation that would be great. Im also located in texas btw
