Removal of pay gaps, inequality, and establishment of fair and substantial pay requires a massive cultural shift. There is really no valid reason for wages and salary to not be public knowledge.
It's perfectly normal for pay to be public knowledge in Norway and Sweden. We're doing it wrong.
